The owner is looking for a Business Partner/GM with strong sales and distribution skills to help take the business to the next level. This person will have FMCG experience and be capable of opening new channels both domestically and overseas. The current owner has strong industry and manufacturing experience with the need to bring in complementary skills. The product category is growing year on year and has considerable health benefits. The person will gradually buy the owner out over a 2-4 year period.
