Our client prides themselves on delivering the highest quality timber products backed up with superior customer service resulting in a loyal customer base and significant repeat business. Investment in plant and technology has helped drive growth to date with considerable scope still to be tapped into.
As the General Manager and working with the owners you will be responsible for implementing strategic plans for successful operations and profitable business growth. You will be a natural leader with strong business development skills to drive the business forward.
Key attributes we are looking for are:
Commercially astute
Demonstrated leadership skills with strength in operational management
A good understanding of business processes and the key elements affecting productivity and quality
Hands-on and practical approach to running the business – willing to roll up your sleeves
Relationship management and sales skills and able to implement strategies to drive the business forward
Financial literacy with problem-solving ability
